Injection Moulding

The injection moulding process involves four key stages: clamping, injection, cooling, and ejection. Material is heated to a molten state and forced under high pressure into a mould, where it cools and solidifies into the desired form. Cycle times can range from a few seconds to several minutes depending on part geometry, wall thickness, and material properties, directly impacting production efficiency and cost.
